Developed by the company that has pioneered and led the industry InGaAs technology, Goodrich Corporation’s Sensors Unlimited, Inc., the SU640SDWH-1.7RT is a high-speed camera that captures full-sized images over the 900 nm to 1700 nm short-wave infrared spectrum. With a speed of 109 frames per second (fps) or more than 15,000 fps over a smaller Region of Interest (ROI), the unit utilizes a high-sensitivity, solid-state InGaAs image sensor that provides superior images with a 640 x 512 pixel focal plane array featuring 4 internal ports and 100% fill factor.

SU640 SDWH SWIR imager tools include : Anti-blooming protection; preset and user-programmable Regions of Interest (ROI); external trigger of full-frame or ROI acquisition; room temperature operation of FPA; user programmable exposure times; frame rate to >109 frames per second; user configurable subwindows, external triggering, 14-bit digital Camera Link® compatible output; buffered RS-170 compatible analog output displays ROI on standard monitors
