Shipping & Freight Charges
All shipments are F.O.B. Origin. Shipping insurance is available.

Unless otherwise stated, shipping charges will be added to your order as follows:

Sales Tax
IRcameras, is required to collect sales tax for products sold to customers in Massachusetts. A 5% sales tax will be automatically added to orders shipped to customers in Massachusetts. If you are exempt from this sales tax, please place your order by phone (1-877-472-2637 ). We will require a tax exemption certificate to process your order.

Warranty
IRcameras warrants its products to be free from defects caused by faulty material or poor workmanship, for a period of one (1) year after delivery. NO PRODUCT IS WARRANTED TO BE MERCHANTABLE OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR USE OR APPLICATION. The warranty is void if the buyer damages the item due to misuse, abuse, modification, processing, or integration with other items. IRcameras' maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the obligation to replace or, at its sole option, to credit Buyer's account up to the purchase price.

Returns
Unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund, minus shipping and handling charges. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for IRcameras to process returned products. Return deliveries may be delayed or refused if an RMA number has not been obtained prior to the equipment being returned to IRcameras. All boxes, packaging materials, and accessories must be in new, re-sellable condition or a fee equal to the cost of the damaged and/or missing item(s) will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Restocking Fee
Any decision regarding suitability and/or acceptance of a product for restocking is at IRcameras' sole discretion. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for new products returned after 14 days from the date of shipment. Used or damaged products will not be accepted for restocking. .

Definition of New Equipment
Products shall be considered new and in salable condition provided that they have only been tested or operated by, and in the immediate jurisdiction of IRcameras personnel (or authorized representatives of IRcameras) prior to delivery to a customer.

Export Statement
Export of infrared cameras outside of the U.S. is controlled by the Department of Commerce and/or the Department of State. At the time of purchase IRcameras must be notified if the camera(s) will be exported. IRcameras will not be liable in the event that a customer cannot obtain required validated export license(s) for any reason.

Best Pricing Statement
IRcameras' policy is to implement a single-tiered price structure whereby all customers are treated in an equal and fair manner. This policy results from the fact that many of our customers are U.S. Government agencies and branches of the military. IRcameras' government contracts require a most favored customer clause whereby IRcameras guarantees that it does not sell the same product in identical quantities at lower prices to anyone other than the U.S. Government. Providing a lower price to a commercial customer would result in our being liable to lower the price on future government sales, and to refund the difference in price on current government contracts.
