Export of infrared cameras outside of the United States is controlled by the Department of Commerce and/or the Department of State. Many of our products are subject to the controls of the ITAR 22_CFR 121.1 and require an official US Department of State export license when shipping outside of the United States. Items so designated must not be exported without prior written approval of the US Department of State Office of Defense Trade Controls

An export license may be required if an infrared camera is to shipped or hand carried outside of the United States. At the time of purchase, IRcameras must be notified if the infrared camera(s) or thermal imaging system(s) will be exported. IRcameras will not be liable in the event that a customer cannot obtain required validated export license(s) for any reason.
