The DRS M6000 and E6000 are the first infrared OEM module and camera available to the commercial infrared market using the industry leading advanced 25µm 640 x 480 pixel array from DRS Infrared Technologies. Based on the market preferred uncooled VOx microbolometer technology, the M6000 and E6000 provide the highest resolution available in uncooled thermal imaging.
Measuring approximately two inches in diameter, the M6000 OEM module is perfect for applications requiring minimal space and high resolution. The E6000 camera, with its low power requirement and several lens choices, is perfect for commercial applications where clarity & resolution are top priority. The E6000 infrared camera and M6000 infrared module are form and fit compatible with the legacy DRS E3000 and M3000, providing an upgrade path for existing DRS customers.
The compact M6000 is a 25 µm pitch, 640 x 480 pixel array infrared module. The M6000, with its small size and low power consumption, is ideal for OEM applications providing unsurpassed integrator flexibility and customization where high resolution and image clarity are vital.
The M6000 infrared module is available in a rugged, highly integrated package that can be customized with a user-supplied optic and non uniformity corrections.
The DRS E6000 infrared camera provides commercial applications the highest resolution with low power requirements and superior sensitivity. The E6000 is ideal for applications that support the security, public safety and homeland defense markets.
The E6000 is available with your choice of a 22 mm (40° HFOV) optic, a 62 mm (15° HFOV ) optic or a 103mm (9° HFOV) optic. The E6000 operates at 30Hz, and offers both analog RS-170 video and digital outputs.
